Bimal's debut as a model in the music video was with the song 'Kina Hunchha Thuli' in 2009. Alongside his acting and modeling, Bimal is equally successful in songwriting and music creation. He has created over 400 lyrics and music compositions, with many of his songs receiving high appreciation. Bimal has taken on significant responsibilities in various music-related organizations, including Secretary of the Music Video Artists Association of Nepal, an Executive Member of the Music Royalty Collection Society of Nepal and the Cultural Association, and as a former board member of the National Folk & Duet Song Academy Nepal and the Association of Music Industries Nepal.

These include the Music Khabar Music Award, Bindabasini Music Award, Bio National Folk & Duet Award, National OSNepal Music Award, Epic Nepal Music Award, Rapati Music Award, National Brand Music Award, Rara Music Award, and many others, honoring his exceptional contributions and popularity.
