Over the years, Poudel has contributed her skills to numerous hit movies, including 'Mero Eauta Sathi Chha', 'Kohi Mero', 'I Am Sorry', 'Chhodi Gaye Paap Lagla', 'Muglan', and 'A Mero Hajur 3', among others. With a career spanning more than two decades, she has worked on over 41 Nepali movies. In addition to her work in the Nepali film industry, she has also worked on Bhojpuri movies, Nepali music videos, Commercial and TV serials.

To enhance her expertise in hairstyling and beauty, Poudel underwent advanced and specialized beautician training at the Cleopetra Beauty Parlour Training Center. Her commitment to continuous learning and honing her craft has enabled her to remain at the forefront of her profession.

Poudel's remarkable talent and dedication have earned her numerous accolades and recognition. She was awarded the Nepal Music and Fashion Award in 2077, the National Entertainment Award in 2079, and the Quality Entertainment Award in 2079 for her outstanding contributions to the industry. Poudel has also been recognized for her significant contributions to the field of beauty and entertainment. She received the Dakshya Kala Samman in 2078, the National Personality and Creator Honor in 2078, and the Special Citizenship Honor in 2079.

Poudel's expertise in the film and beauty industry has led her to serve on various prestigious juries. She was a jury member for the Beautician Talent Nepal 2022 and Mrs. Nepal Glam 2021, where her knowledge of the film and beauty industry helped identify talent and beauty.

In addition to her creative work, Poudel has held several leadership positions within the Nepali Film Technicians Association (NEFTA). She served as an executive member from 2068 to 2070 during her first tenure, and again from 2070 to 2072 during her second tenure. Her contributions were recognized, and she was elected as the Treasurer from 2072 to 2075 during her first tenure and again from 2075 to 2079 during her second tenure. Moreover, she served as the coordinator for the 10th NEFTA Film Award in 2077.

Poudel's passion for her craft and dedication to the beauty and film industry led her to establish the Film Makeup Studio and Training Beauty Hub, where she serves as the Chairperson. Through this endeavor, she continues to nurture new talent and contribute to the growth and development of the industry.
