Jiwan Kumar Parajuli, also known as Jiwan Parajuli, is a resident of Parbat. He is a well-known film journalist and author. He began his professional journalism career in 2007 as a Radio Technician and Program Presenter/Journalist at Radio Upatyaka 87.6 MHz, Kathmandu.

After gaining experience with several FM stations, television, newspapers, and online portals, Mr. Parajuli started his own online news portal called Thuloparda.com. Thuloparda.com is a web portal that provides services related to entertainment news and content.
Besides his journalism work, he is also an author. He has written a book titled ‘Close-Up,’ which focuses on various dimensions and characters of the Nepali film industry.
Mr. Parajuli served as the former Vice President of the Film Journalist Association Nepal.
