He serves as the founder chairperson of Agleshwori Hills Development Trust, where he is committed to fostering cultural and community development. In this role, he shapes the vision and mission for community development and cultural enrichment. Additionally, as the President of Jeevanta Nepal Music Award, Sijam plays a crucial role in recognizing and celebrating talents within the Nepali music industry, providing a platform for aspiring artists to thrive. He ensures fair and transparent processes, thereby fostering credibility within the industry.

Engaging with various organizations related to music, art, culture, and heritage, Sijam actively contributes to the development of the Nepali music industry and community. He is a central executive committee member of the Nepali Skating and Skateboarding Association and holds a lifetime membership in the Ramechhap Cultural Artist Society, among other affiliations.

Sijam holds a Junior Diploma from Pragya Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad, in music. He has received numerous honors and awards for his contributions to the Nepali music industry, notably the Natyashwor Music Award and Star International Award in 2019.
