Mr. Yam Prasad Oli is son of Mr. Narsingh Oli, born on 23rd February, 1987 at Dadeldhura District, Nepal.

He was  produced and designing so many popular Nepalese television films, short movie and  feature films such as;  'School',  'Producer',  'Hostel',  'Hostel Return',  'Aavash', 'Bijuli Machine', 'Rudane', 'Johnny Gentleman', 'Nirahua Chalal London', 'Purano Bullet', 'Sano Mann' among others became highest commercial success movies of the year it was released. Also, he was production designing so many Hollywood projects such as: Foreign Bodies' (UK TV Series), 'Our Girl' (BBC Series), 'Axa' (TV Commercial-2017), 'Black Narcissus' (UK TV Series) and foreign Bollywood Project like as: 'Yaara', 'Woodland Leather Shoes/Boots', 'Film Onnai' and among others.

Mr. Oli made his worked with the widely popular Nepali Feature film 'Hostel' (2013), which earned the high-status Various categories film award for best movies. His next social drama films were 'Aavash' (2016), which was very commercial, successful in the box office. His historical movie 'Hostel' (2016) earned him prestigious Film Award for Best Production Designer. Yet again, his next working Bhojpuri socio-cultural movie 'Nirahua Chalal Londan' (2019), earned National D-Cine Award by Chhayanchhabi Creation Company. Again, his next workings venture 'Purano Bullet' (2020), earned Best Production Designer award by Power International Media Nepal. These along with several successful films, he has producing designing arts under varied Nepalese cine banner and foreign Hollywood, Bolleywood project, have established him as one of the leading production designer in Nepali Cine zone.

Yam Prasad Oli is also knowledgeable in mentoring and schooling to newcomers in Nepali film industry. And he is actively involved in various Nepali, Bollywood and Hollywood movies and other foreign projects
